Heres the deal: we can teach you the difference between a loropetalum and a liriope. We can train you on CAD irrigation systems hardscape materials and lighting design. What we cant teach is personality and thats what were really after.

If youre the kind of person who lights up a room genuinely enjoys people loves being outdoors and gets excited about turning someones backyard into something beautiful we want to talk to you. Plant knowledge is a bonus not a requirement. Bring the enthusiasm well bring the education.

Currently in real estate car sales cell phone sales furniture sales or another commission-driven role You already have the skills that matter most. If youre a Realtor tired of the market swings a car salesperson ready to step off the lot a cellular sales rep burned out on quotas at Verizon AT&T or T-Mobile or a furniture or appliance salesperson looking for something fresh this could be the change youve been waiting for. The ability to connect with clients listen to their needs close a deal and follow through thats what translates. Well handle the horticulture side.

What youd actually do: Meet with clients at their homes listen to what they want and help bring it to life. Youll design landscapes (plantscapes hardscapes lighting irrigation water features) put together estimates work alongside our install crews and follow up to make sure every customer is thrilled. During the busy season youll also spend time at our retail location sharpening your skills and helping walk-in customers.

What were looking for:

• An outgoing friendly personality (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building client relationships
• Sales or customer-facing experience in any industry (real estate automotive cellular retail insurance you name it)
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being outside
• A willingness to learn (well handle the rest)
