What you will do

• Translate operational needs into clear technical solutions by partnering with plant leaders operators and TIS teams

• Diagnose and resolve SCADA and OT infrastructure issues through investigation rootcause analysis and implementation

• Conduct onsite inspections to assess hardware condition and complete equipment installations or replacements

• Align delivery timelines with business priorities by coordinating outages milestones and project activities

• Safeguard system resilience through backup readiness access management and accurate asset inventories

• Enhance reliability by testing improvements and maintaining diagrams procedures and architecture documentation

Who you are

• An experienced OT/ICS professional with network and server expertisein safetycritical environments

• Proficient across Windows platformsvirtualized infrastructure network infrastructuretroubleshooting and recovery practices

• Knowledgeable of industrial field devices utilizing industrial network protocols such as OPC MODBUS DNP

• Methodical and persistent when navigating complex technical challenges under strict controls and regulations

• A strong communicator who produces clear documentation and builds credibility with diverse stakeholders

• Flexible and wellorganized capable of balancing competing priorities travel to sites and independent work
