Job Summary

LOCATION OF POSITION
Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Three years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Health Care Administration classifications or Civil Affairs Specialist specialty codes in the health-related field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Supervisory experience including coordinating workflow budget management and improvement of operational efficiency.
- Experience with dental terminology insurance billing/coding scheduling systems and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
- Experience interacting with patients dental providers vendors and community partners in a professional manner to ensure a positive patient experience.
