Responsibilities
The Innovation Performance Improvement Specialist coordinates specific facility-wide innovation and performance improvement projects that are developed and administered in alignment with the facilitys strategic goals. Promotes the facilitys capacity to adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving and to sustain a high-performance improvement environment.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Health Care Management Organizational Development or related field required
Experience
1 year of prior experience with project management research and data analysis required
