Clubhouse Receptionist
- Provide an exceptional five-star welcome to members and guests.
- Manage reservations appointment books and member requests with precision and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper etiquette.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Provide administrative support across club operations.
- Maintain an organized and immaculate front desk presence at all times.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable punctual and committed to upholding high service standards.
- Available TuesdaySaturday 10:00 AM 5:00 PM including holidays.
