We are looking for two Project Managers to support the coordination and execution of workshop-related activities across global teams. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth planning delivery and follow-up of workshops with a strong focus on organization stakeholder communication and process tracking.

This is a distributed setup:

• 1 role based in Europe (ideally Prague Czech Republic)
• 1 role based in the United States

You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that workshops are effectively prepared executed and evaluated.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end workshop activities from preparation to post-session follow-up
• Manage participant tracking including invitations confirmations and attendance monitoring
• Ensure timely distribution of pre-workshop materials and feedback requests
• Collect track and consolidate feedback before and after workshop sessions
• Act as a central point of contact for workshop-related communication
• Monitor timelines deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Identify and resolve logistical or coordination issues proactively
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting on workshop outcomes and participation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tracking tools spreadsheets or project management platforms
• Experience coordinating training sessions workshops or events
• Exposure to corporate or consulting environments
• Experience working across US and European teams
• Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote fast-paced and cross-functional environment
• Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
