Location: Hyannis Massachusetts (02601)

Duration: 15 Weeks
Schedule:
Evening shifts with rotating days
Shift timings: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM / 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Every other weekend required
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety comfort and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT and radiographic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
- Prepare and accurately position patients to ensure optimal imaging results
- Operate CT and radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
- Review images for quality clarity and diagnostic accuracy before submission
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety and protection standards
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in EMR systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support patient care
- Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
- Maintain equipment functionality and report issues promptly
- Follow infection control and hospital safety guidelines at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Radiologic Technologist license (Massachusetts required)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent CT or Radiology Tech experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging patient positioning and radiation safety
- Experience with PACS and EMR systems
- Excellent communication organizational and patient care skills
