Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an outpatient cardiology clinic. The ideal candidate will support specialized cardiac procedures provide direct patient care and manage a high volume of clinical and patient communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with nuclear medicine and treadmill stress testing (monitoring patients throughout procedures)
- Support vein ablation procedures
- Administer and manage medications including mixing and IV initiation
- Perform INR management (both in-office and remote monitoring)
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Manage high-volume patient communications through EMR systems
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- Minimum of 3 years of outpatient or cardiology experience
- Strong clinical communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Certifications:
- RN License required
