Assistant Director for Room Sales Pre - Opening Property Metro Manila Philippines
A pre-opening property in the Batangas area is looking for an Assistant Director for Room Sales. The successful candidate reporting to the Director of Commercial Distribution will be leading the propertys sales efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue through managing corporate account groups travel trades other sales segment. Moreover the responsibilities includes creation and implementation of sales strategies cultivating client relationships analyzing market trends and team management.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Marketing or related course
Ten (10) years of work experience in hospitality sales or rooms management preferably handling destination properties
Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets lead successful sales teams and close high-end corporate or leisure businesses
Pre opening experience
Proficient in hotel management systems CRM tools and MS Office
Excellent leadership communication organizational skills
Exceptional customer service and negotiations skills
Willingness to be based in Makati area and travel to the property from time to time
