This position has become available due to an internal promotion reflecting the companys strong track record of developing and retaining its team.
The Role:
Youll be speaking with business customers in a more consultative relationship-focused environment where quality of service and attention to detail are key.
Youll play an important part in managing customer orders handling queries and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from business customers in a professional and personable manner
- Managing and processing customer orders accurately
- Responding to queries relating to products services and account information
- Preparing and providing detailed quotations
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to email enquiries
- Making follow-up calls regarding orders quotations and ongoing service queries
- Investigating and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Completing general administrative duties including updating internal systems
- Building strong long-term relationships with customers

- Competitive salary:
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Rotating hours:
- Weeks 12: 8:00am 5:00pm
- Weeks 34: 8:30am 5:30pm
