INEO NUCLEAR UK a company of EQUANS (BOUYGUES group) is looking for an ASSISTANT CONTRACT COORDINATOR for the Sizewell C project.
What is your working environment
Ineo Nuclear UK a subsidiary of Ineo Nucléaire is in charge of nuclear projects based in the UK and wider Europe. Its expertise remains focused on the electrical / instrumentation / electromechanical scopes but with a view to also develop multi-technical integrated the UK we are currently a strategic partner on the Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC) projects the construction of 4 new EPR units in the South West and the South East of England.
Location Preference: Bristol and willing to travel (Lyon Paris London etc)
What is your role
- Supporting the Commercial Manager:
- collating Applications For Payment and evidence of costs
- administrating CEMAR (contract management solution)
- administrating design change control from Hinkley Point C to Sizewell C
- Supporting the Planning Manager:
- reviewing timesheet entry
- analysing time allocation
- planning system administration
- maintaining the Project Dashboard
- Supporting the Document Control Manager
- Defining project deliverables organisation
- Dealing with the general workload support
- Supporting the PMO Manager
- managing KPIs
- updating the Project control dashboard
- Administration
- Travel booking and organising meetings
- Administration of project action trackers
What profile are we looking for
- Excellent command of Microsoft office (excel and word focus)
- Good communicator
- Collaborative
- Proactive
- Willing to develop with support provided along with further relevant training and courses
