Primary Purpose/Function:
Promote the school district through positive communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use a personal computer and software
Knowledge of website and social media technologies and operations
Proficient skills in typing word processing and file maintenance
Knowledge of photography
Effective organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and calm demeanor
The Board may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications.
Major responsibilities and duties:
1. Develop and implement a cohesive district-wide magnet branding strategy
2. Coordinate recruitment and outreach campaigns to support equitable enrollment
3. Manage magnet program communications (print digital social media web content)
4. Support school-based recruitment events open houses and community outreach
5. Collaborate with enrollment and school staff to align messaging with program offerings
6. Maintain magnet marketing materials and enrollment timelines
7. Support sustainability planning through ongoing promotion and public engagement
