Senior Master Technician

Model 1 in Las Vegas NV is looking for a Ford-Certified Senior Master Technician to join our service this role youll tackle complex diagnostics and repairs across a full range of Ford vehicles uphold manufacturer quality standards and be a technical leader in our shop. What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using Ford diagnostic tools and equipment
• Perform a wide range of vehicle services efficiently and to manufacturer specifications
• Provide accurate detailed repair documentation for each service performed
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers to explain repairs and address concerns
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge through Ford training programs and certifications
• Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins (TSBs) and software updates
• Uphold all safety protocols and shop cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain an organized productive work environment

What Were Looking For

• Ford certification (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Previous Ford dealership experience
• Master Technician certification
• Strong diagnostic skills using OEM and aftermarket scan tools
• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems mechanics and components
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
