Role Overview:
Driving better decisions with the power of AI engineering and behavioral science. We are looking for a driven Sales Manager (Hunter) to fuel our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle prospecting pitching negotiating and closing new business

• Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with CXOs

• Lead demand generation teams and plan outreach within defined industries

• Collaborate with solution and consulting teams to position Fractals AI Analytics and Design-led and Product offerings

• Lead proposals negotiations and commercial discussions to successful closure

• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership efforts

What Were Looking For:

• 8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience (consulting AI/analytics preferred)

• Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new logos

• Strong network and ability to open doors within enterprise accounts

• Excellent communication negotiation and consultative selling skills

• Domain knowledge in TMT Healthcare BFSI High-Tech or Insurance is a plus

• MBA or relevant quantitative degree preferred
