Job Summary
Whats On Your Plate
- Lead a team of two direct reports (inventory controllers and instore stock controllers) ensuring accountability and performance delivery.
- Plan and execute timely spot checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Demonstrate initiative execution ability and a thorough understanding of store operations.
- Work crossfunctionally to drive inventory optimization and improve stock accuracy.
- Adapt to flexible working hours as needed to conduct regular inspections of stores and storage areas with focus on proper handling of expired damaged and returned products.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to streamline processes and ensure alignment.
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends usage patterns and turnover to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business needs while reducing overstock and managing underperforming items.
- Ensure inventory storage complies with organizational standards and safety protocols.
- Review and refine inventory control processes to ensure lean and efficient operations.
- Maintain and recommend improvements for inventory profitability metrics including GMROI.
- Develop impactful reports to support datadriven business decisions.
- Oversee inventory and quality control across warehouses and JObased tmart stores.
- Provide operational guidance to minimize shrinkage and modification rates with direct impact on the P&L

- Data and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and always handson with several tools
- Ability to interact/guide the seniorlevel executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Tech Savvy
- Provides daytoday supervision to a team including coaching on performance coordinating
- activities checking on quality and work progress
- Leads coordinating and facilitating the work of others has supervisory responsibilities
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new less obvious solutions
- Performs a variety of the most complex tasks and/or leads one or more teams
