System Admin Planner
Job Summary
- Plan schedule and coordinate preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities
- Develop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS ensuring accurate tracking prioritization and closure
- Analyze maintenance data to generate reports KPIs and performance dashboards
- Prepare maintenance schedules weekly and monthly plans and resource forecasts
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis reporting and maintenance performance tracking
- Coordinate with maintenance operations and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment history maintenance trends and failure data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance records documentation and reports
- Support inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availability
- Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety quality and operational standards
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
- Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis pivot tables formulas reporting)
- Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning scheduling tracking and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
- Strong planning scheduling and organizational skills
- Good understanding of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance practices preferred with maintenance experience
- Strong English written and speaking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
