Job Summary
Receive and response to calls and emails on IVE (In Vehicle Equipments) incidents Incident recording (including RFCs)Search for work around &Update the customer and IT group on progress Perform communication activities for other ITIL processes Managing FAQRecording incidentsIncident classificationIncident prioritisationIncident escalationResolving incidents&Evaluate and recommend IVE Solutions. Perform and manage IVE testing and Commissioning
Required Qualifications:The successful candidate should possess the following: - University Degree in Information & Technology. or Electronics and Communication - Minimum three years work experience within a similar role and position level With excellent communication - Excellent problem solving skills - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills - Good personal planning and time management skills - Good reporting and presentation skills.
