The Night Auditor position entails the following critical responsibilities:
- Manage overnight operations ensuring safety and efficiency while balancing daily financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate key reports and provide exceptional guest support with unwavering professionalism.
- Uphold Swissotel Living Jeddahs service excellence and brand consistency while monitoring security concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and maintain proficiency in all relevant systems and procedures.
- Rigorously comply with all company policies procedures and standards to maintain operational integrity.
Qualifications :
Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a guest.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
