Position: Senior Contracts Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts and procurement agreements.
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Analysis of the contracting process and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
Maintain employee player and coach records according to policy and legal requirements.
Monitor contract execution to ensure obligations are met.
Coordinate with legal finance and other departments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in law or a related field.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g. CPCM CFCM CCCM).
- 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in both the English and Arabic language.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Media Communications Journalism Public Relations or a related field. Experience: 35 years of experience in media relations journalism or public relations. Previous experience in sports organizations or high-profile institutions is an advantage. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to draft clear concise and engaging media content. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of media monitoring tools and digital platforms. Certifications: Certifications in media relations public relations or digital communications are a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with sports clubs federations or media agencies. Established network of media contacts particularly in sports journalism. Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management. Proficiency in content creation including photography videography or social media.
