Conductrecruitment auditsto ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain a thorough understanding ofrecruitment complianceto mitigate risks and ensure adherence to external and internal regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and implement effective strategies.
Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to help shape future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment module
Proven track record in managing recruitment audits and compliance.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
