Thekey responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
Proactively cold-call all prospects and identify qualified leads; acquire information regarding their needs and insight into their buying behaviors.
Follow-up with existing or sourced-leads nurture relationships and develop sales opportunities via calls email social media platforms.
Screen inbound leads from sources such as website email inquiries and direct phone calls.
Manage prospect and quality leads lists.
Update CRM data by keeping accurate record and details of new leads.
Provide regular reports to management and make recommendations on improvements to prospecting and growing qualified leads.
Achieve monthly quotas for closed business.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
Experience in high-volume cold-calling prospecting appointment setting and nurturing customer success.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to craft attractive emails that pique prospect interest and result in new business
Strong project and process management skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes
A high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response
CRM and technical skills to enter data and update notes and lookup client information in databases.
Ability to manage calls and email efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets respect deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative in how they get the leads think outside the box.
Independent and a self-starter
Strong initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision
Organized motivated and focused
Experience in sales of any kind is an asset we are looking for a hunter!
