Customer Service Facilitator (PT) Quailwood Community (Dewey AZ)
HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Part-time Customer Service Facilitator at Quailwood Community located in Dewey AZ.
Quailwood residents are not eligible to be hired.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills be comfortable with internet Outlook email proficient with MS Office programs
- Have a friendly positive attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is preferred
- CPR A.E.D Training (Required)
Job Duties:
- Greeting residents and guests
- Answering phones
- Processing paperwork for access cards
- Cleaning of the Clubhouse and common areas (restrooms gym taking out trash and dusting wiping counters coffee bar etc.)
- Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings
