About the Lease Processor II Role

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for assisting team lead with day to day operations of department.As a Lease Processor II you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and backup team lead
• Process and respond to escalation emails
• Process items in the queue First in First out
• Review all queues for any items not within service level
• Assist with training and answering team member questions
• Review team members work for accuracy and completion
• Performs other duties as assigned by team lead
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• Proficiency use in (MS office teams outlook word)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to sit for long period of time and willing to work overtime if needed.
• Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay is 17.50hr which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

The estimated salary range for this role is $31200-$39000.
