The Senior Analyst supports the SRM pillar within GTTO with a strong focus on handson global transportation operations and 3PL performance management. The role drives daytoday supplier performance analytics corrective actions and continuous improvement through established SRM governance while collaborating closely with crossfunctional stakeholders. The position also supports crisis management and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) solution design to strengthen transportation resilience during disruptions.
Key responsibilities
Support SRM engagement for Global Transportation maintaining supplier governance cadence and performance alignment across regions and ensuring disciplined followup through established SRM forums.
Lead supplier performance management activities including regular reviews with internal teams and external providers; prioritize issues document corrective actions track progress and escalate unresolved risks through SRM governance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers by leading recurring coordination sessions capturing actions and owners and monitoring execution through to closure.
Track and analyze value creation including projected versus realized savings flagging variances and supporting followup actions in collaboration with the GTTO PPM team.
Support crisis management activities by contributing to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) solution design including scenario analysis risk identification and definition of mitigation options to ensure transport continuity during disruptions.
Coordinate with suppliers and crossfunctional stakeholders to assess BCP readiness track mitigation actions and support escalation through GTTO and SRM governance forums to strengthen overall transport resilience.
Produce analytics dashboards scorecards and regular reports using BI tools to enable datadriven decisionmaking transparency and accountability on supplier performance and priorities.
Prepare and deliver clear communications and recommendations (summaries dashboards action trackers presentations) to support stakeholder decisionmaking on supplier performance and portfolio priorities.
Profile
Proven handson experience in 3PL management and global transportation operations working directly with logistics service providers to manage daily execution resolve disruptions and ensure reliable freight flows across regions and transport modes.
Strong operational and analytical skillset using data to identify issues perform rootcause analysis and support corrective actions; handson experience building dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Power BI Tableau or similar).
Solid understanding of transportation fundamentals including freight operations transport modes carriers and common operational challenges in complex global supply chains.
Experienced in working within a global matrix organization coordinating across Operations Procurement Finance and other functions to align priorities and drive execution.
Practical actionoriented team player with clear written and verbal communication skills a structured problemsolving mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into concrete next steps while adapting to change.
Skills & experience
5 years of handson experience in global transportation and supply chain operations including direct exposure to daytoday execution disruption management and working with 3PLs in complex multiregion environments.
Proven experience in supplier performance management and analytics supporting issue resolution corrective actions and crossfunctional collaboration.
Strong proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP/TMS concepts (e.g. SAP Oracle) is an advantage.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple operational tasks independently maintaining followup and reliability in a fastpaced global matrix organization.
Language
Full professional proficiency in English (speaking writing and presenting) is mandatory for this role.
