We have vacancy Part time Workplace Experience Coordinatorrole to lead the office in Ballarat Victoria (University Drive Mount Helen)

*Due to the nature of these roles a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement.

The Position:

• Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Clients organization throughout the office operation
• The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract
• Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities
• Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception meeting rooms and general common areas

The Person:

• Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
• Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients visitors vendors landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
• Highly developed interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
