Role description: To oversee manage and coordinate accurate timekeeping across all assigned GEC locations while supporting the GEC Operations Reporting function by preparing validating cleaning and analyzing data for various operational dashboards and compliance reports. The role ensures consistent timekeeping processes promotes data accuracy and supports efficient operational performance.

Individual accountabilities

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Timekeeping Coordination & Governance

  • Serve as the central point of contact for timekeeping inquiries issues and escalations across GEC locations.
  • Apply Arcadis Way timekeeping standards to ensure consistent accurate and timely timecard submission across all teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to timekeeping; determine when to escalate for timely support or intervention.
  • Review missing timecards incorrect bookings and Unallocated Project Time (UPT) hours ensuring appropriate followup actions are taken.
  • Complete delegated time entry for employees only in approved situations (e.g. no access sickness departure).
  • Audit timecards regularly to ensure data accuracy compliance and alignment with Oracle processes.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Extract organize validate and clean timekeeping data to support weekly and monthly compliance reporting.
  • Support the broader GEC Operations Reporting function by preparing accurate datasets used for utilization productivity attendance and other operational dashboards.
  • Monitor data trends and discrepancies to ensure highquality reporting inputs.
  • Provide summaries and insights that help leaders address recurring issues and improve process accuracy.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Work effectively with Country/GBA/Team Timekeepers to ensure consistent understanding of timekeeping processes.
  • Coordinate with Project Finance for corrections and approvals as allowed; with People Services for leaverelated adjustments.
  • Maintain strong communication with Operations Reporting to align data standards definitions and timelines.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to support clear timely interactions with internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Sustainability & Digitalization

  • Adopt defined methodologies and approaches that support consistent standardized timekeeping.
  • Look for opportunities to improve productivity through better processes templates and system use.
  • Apply relevant innovations and automation where appropriate to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Actively engage in selflearning training and upskilling to maintain knowledge of systems standards and best practices.

Shared accountabilities

  • Contribute to the accuracy and reliability of dashboards and reports used by GEC leadership.
  • Support alignment between timekeeping processes and operational reporting requirements.
  • Ensure timely and complete responses to inquiries and deliverables that impact operational stability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Operations or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in timekeeping data processing and analysis or operational support.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes through clear professional communication.
  • Able to manage time effectively juggle multiple priorities and work across overlapping responsibilities.
  • Comfortable making daytoday decisions and managing conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy and data-handling skills (cleaning sorting validating).
  • Good understanding of Arcadis standards processes and expectations.
  • Demonstrates integrity reliability and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
