1. Implement programs for supplier development and selection supplier performance management and supply base optimization per the sourcing strategy and the products requirements.
2. Source and develop capable supplier with competitive cost and high quality. Coordinate with R&D and QA department on the selection and qualification of new supplier and new materials per sourcing procedure.
3. Executing the negotiation for price T&C and purchase contract with supplier for the long term partnership
4. Investigate and drive cost reduction activities to meet the company cost reduction target.
5. As Member of the Project Team Leads Sourcing Process until completion of PQA steps and Project closure.
6. In time finish RFQ on a daily basis manage the new part price approved process and contract maintenance ensure a smooth and timely manufacturing ramp for the new projects.
7. Support supplier on time delivery after SOP.
