Duties & Responsibilities

Routine import and export work 50%

Arrange FG export and material import to meet another departments demand
Monitor key tasks and solve problems to make the task meet requirement
Backup of other team members work when others absence
Provide information to others for import and export process and

Communication 20%

Communication with related people to understand requirement and difficult and seek best solutions.
Training to staff to understand and follow process

Planning and Organization 15%

Establishes a systematic course of action for self and others to assure accomplishment of a specific objective.
Determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.
Organize necessary resource include people equipments etc to complete a specific objective

Special Assignments 15%

Support special projects as required.
Report on projects and make recommendations to upper Management

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelors degree (B. A.)or from an accredited college or university in business management science or engineering

2 year experience in import and export department
Familiar with customs policy & regulation
Experienced in Customs handbook and eBook reconciliation and compliance
Good understanding of the whole import & export operating process

Skills & Other Requirements

With strong application ability of Microsoft Office familiar with Customs system and SAP preferred.
Willing to take initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
Ability to excel in a cross-organizational cross cultural global team environment
Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
Set a high standard of ethics professionalism leadership and competency
