角色描述

- Be able to independently manage for fitting-out project and site construction management of green field project. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our clients investment.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Meet customer expectations in every interaction with them and receive the positive feedback from client.

- Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

- With guidance from SPM or HoCS propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.

资格和经验

- Bachelors degree. Major in engineering or project management

本科以上学历工程或项目管理专业

- 5 years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects

5年以上制造工厂或地产项目的项目管理经验

- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation

- Be able to multitask and manage priorities

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
