Job Description:

Job Summary
This position impacts the organization by assembly inspection to include dimensional/positional accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects and reports on manufacturing quality.
• Inspects incoming materials packaging and labeling components work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.
• Initiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.
• Ensures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental GMP and ISO requirements.
• Performs activities in Quality Control department such as incoming CQA and final product inspections.
• Drives process changes reports on quality metrics and ensures proactive measures are taken to achieve quality goals.
• Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review.
• Documents corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities.
• Prepares and presents quality status and performance improvements.
• Initiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.
• Identifies and champions resolution of quality issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years experience with inspecting mechanical parts and assemblies
