Job Title: Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer
Location: Canada / Mexico
Role Overview
Client is seeking 3 mid to senior level Intelligent Automation Engineers with 5 years of experience to join their US Data IA team. The ideal candidates will be cross skilled across automation engineering process design and AI/ML frameworks enabling them to deliver scalable automation solutions and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for intelligent automation solutions.
Develop and support automation workflows using UiPath and PowerAutomate (12 and 15 automations currently in production).
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines API integrations and automation QA/UAT frameworks.
Apply ML Ops practices (RAG fine tuning model monitoring) and ensure robust AI QA/UAT testing including drift detection and confidence threshold tuning.
Stay current with emerging technologies and partner with the wider IA team to identify new opportunities and applications.
Balance workload across BAU (50%) and Change initiatives (50%).
Required Skills
Strong expertise Insurance domain and Python SQL AI/OCR/IDP/NLP technologies (UiPath Power Automate etc) and API/Webhooks/Integrations.
Hands on experience with CI/CD tools and automation testing (functional regression UiPath/Databricks).
Knowledge of ML Ops frameworks multistage system management and data pipeline design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Databricks Azure GCP) Power Platform Prompt Engineering and workflow/process redesign.
Strong background in business analysis process mining BPMN modeling and continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Lucid DBT Atlassian (Jira Confluence) and project engineering.
Exposure to API design and advanced cloud platform integrations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Intelligent Automation RPA or AI/ML engineering.
Proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver automation solutions at scale.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
