Job Summary
Job Title: AI Developer
Location: Montreal QC (Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with 5 6 years of experience in designing developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning deep learning and building scalable AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for various business use cases.
- Build and optimize NLP Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion preprocessing training deployment).
- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
- Work on LLM-based applications including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers DevOps and product teams for seamless deployment.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure best practices in code quality scalability and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or related field.
- 5 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch Keras.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Knowledge of LLMs prompt engineering and generative AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.
