Job Title: AI Developer

Location: Montreal QC (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with 5 6 years of experience in designing developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning deep learning and building scalable AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for various business use cases.
Build and optimize NLP Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion preprocessing training deployment).
Work with large datasets and perform data analysis feature engineering and model evaluation.
Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
Work on LLM-based applications including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
Collaborate with data engineers DevOps and product teams for seamless deployment.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure best practices in code quality scalability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or related field.
5 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
Experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch Keras.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
Knowledge of LLMs prompt engineering and generative AI frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.
