Job Summary

Position: Principal System Architect Pega (CLSA Intermediate)

Location: Toronto Canada
Work Model: Hybrid (2 3 days/week)
Compensation: Up to CAD$60/hr

Role Summary

We are seeking a Pega CLSA (Intermediate) to lead enterprise-scale upgrades migrations and modernization of Pega platforms. This role combines hands-on architecture technical leadership and strategic decision-making to deliver scalable secure and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Pega upgrades and migrations (on-prem to cloud / version upgrades)
Define architecture integration and data migration strategies
Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and enterprise standards
Drive performance tuning scalability and system reliability
Provide technical leadership code reviews and team mentorship
Collaborate with business DevOps QA and infrastructure teams
Support deployment release management and post-go-live stabilization

Required Skills & Experience

Pega CLSA Mandatory
7 years IT experience with strong hands-on Pega expertise
Proven experience in Pega upgrades and migration projects
Strong knowledge of:
- Pega Architecture (Case Management UI Data Integrations)
- Pega DevOps / Deployment Manager
- Performance tuning & production support

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
Exposure to enterprise-scale or banking environments
