We are seeking a compassionate and dedicatedHome and Community Paediatric Physiotherapistto join our team. As a vital member of our organization you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by facilitating their physical development and well-being.
What you will be doing:
You will conduct comprehensive developmental and functional assessments creating individualized familycentered therapy care plans.
Provide physiotherapy to children with complex neurological and musculoskeletal needs in home and community settings adjusting interventions as they progress.
Recommend mobility aids and adaptive equipment based on each childs developmental safety and functional requirements.

The successful Physiotherapist will:
- Have a current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
- Previous Pediatric experience is preferred
- ADP Authorizer or willingness to be trained is preferred
- Have knowledge of legislation regulations and policies applicable to practice
- Have knowledge of principles of reflective practice
- Use a systematic approach to decision making during the development implementation and evaluation of the physiotherapy care plan
- Be able to manage time and workload effectively
- Ensure appropriate and secure documentation
- Be able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment
- Have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position.
- Have a valid Drivers License and reliable insured vehicle
- Have vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process) with a current Criminal Records Check
- Ability to speak French will be an asset
