Communication Specialist
Job Summary
The Communication Specialist will help translate strategy into addition to supporting the overall volume and digestion of communications to the Sales teams of the Bank.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and compile monthly newsletter content
Draft internal calendar invitations and postevent surveys
Maintain and update the Communications and Webinar Calendars
Manage translation requests (AI and Versacom)
Coordinate compliance review submissions and workflows (RedOak)
Coordinate national webinar requests and scheduling
Draft internal communications for review and approval
Maintain and update SharePoint content
Provide meeting and event support including Slido management slide progression and technical coordination
Create basic visual assets and templates using PowerPoint and Brand Hub
Support metrics reporting including email open rates clickthrough rates and webinar attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Minimum four years experience in communications management consulting and/or project management.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all company functional areas management levels and various types of external vendors and agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong proofreading skills are essential.
Exceptional attention to detail is critical.
Ability to juggle many projects and work within tight time constraints is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial services industry experience is considered a strong asset but is not required. All candidates will be expected to develop a working knowledge of banking products.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$59100.00 CAD - $98500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
