With a focus on professionalism and genuine connection youll help create memorable moments for every guest every time.Your responsibilities will include:- Welcoming guests and guiding them through their dining experience with care and confidence
- Answering questions about menu items specials and wine pairings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently into the POS system
- Delivering food and drinks promptly and with attention to presentation and timing
- Performing opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth and successful shift
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
- Managing guest transactions accurately including cash debit and credit payments
- Assisting in basic bartending tasks such as preparing drinks or garnishes when needed
- Maintaining a clean organized and functional service station and dining area
- Supporting team members and communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Taking direction from the Food & Beverage Manager and contributing to daily operational goals
- Demonstrating sound judgment professionalism and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Creating extraordinary guest experiences through thoughtful attentive service
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the restaurant
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys meaningful guest interaction takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a vibrant team-oriented atmosphere.The Spark you Bring to Every Celebration- 1-2 years experience in restaurants or high-volume service environments preferred
- Prior bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails an asset
- A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both guests and team members
- Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced high-pressure situations
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Leadership skills and the ability to support or supervise a team when needed
- A polished professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Flexibility to work during the day and evenings both mid-week and on weekends
- A positive attitude reliability and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
