Genesis Halifax Genesis Experience Manager Ownership

Genesis Halifax is looking for a Genesis Experience Manager Ownership (Service Advisor) who brings energy professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people. If you take pride in creating seamless positive experiences for every customer this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role you are more than someone who books appointments you are the trusted connection between our customers and their vehicles. You will take the time to understand each customers needs provide clear and thoughtful guidance and ensure they feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Your ability to build trust and communicate effectively plays a key role in the success of the dealership and the long-term loyalty of our customers.

What youll be doing:

• Deliver a welcoming professional experience while identifying customer needs and clearly explaining service recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process ensuring transparency and confidence every step of the way
• Create accurate work orders estimates and invoices that reflect all approved services and repairs
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow to support an efficient organized service department
• Act as the key liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and quality outcomes
• Identify opportunities to recommend maintenance and additional services that support vehicle performance and safety
• Build strong lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction loyalty and repeat business
