WE ARE HIRINGand looking for an influential and highly motivated Temporary Recruiter to cover maternity leave for minimum 12 months. Two years trucking transport experience is required for this role. Interested in the role.....APPLYTODAY.

This role will lead full-cycle recruitment across the business by building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates work in collaboration with the Safety department with the aim to grow a multi division organization. This is a cross-functional role offering the opportunity to build recruitment strategies and hire top talent across all business units with the ability to deliver results at a high volume. You will be an expert in building relationships and comfortable being on the phone throughout the day.

What you bring:

• 2 years minimum experience as a recruiterin the trucking transport industry (ideally high-volume recruitment)
• Post secondary education in HR Business Office Administration or related is considered an asset.
• Attention to detail combined with the creativity and adaptability to work in a heavily regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be highly organized in a fast-paced environment working to deadlines
• Experience with an applicant tracking system(s)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
