What you will be doing:

  • Prepare cook and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistency quality and portion control in all food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with daily mise en place prep work and service execution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Support inventory control proper storage and minimizing food waste
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to enhance menus and guest experiences
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous culinary or kitchen experience is an asset
  • Culinary education or certification is considered an asset
  • Passion for food hospitality and continuous learning
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
