Job Summary
Within the NAPA distribution center located in Winnipeg you will work closely with the Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager.

As a Warehouse Team Leader your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise all aspects of order preparation from receiving to shipping.
- Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
- Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
- Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
- Ensure the health and safety of workers.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of warehousing including shipping/receiving.
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
