As our Project Manager in the Craft & Corporate division youll apply your mechanical expertise and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyturning plans into reality while developing the teams around you. Your work will directly contribute to FLINTs 100-year legacy of building critical infrastructure that serves communities across Canada.

What would you be doing

  • Interface with mechanical client representatives throughout project development execution and completion to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Execute contracts according to the clients requirements and specifications ensuring the scope of work terms and conditions are understood and communicated to management.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring execution plans are developed and implemented to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Assist in developing the original budget managing changes determining progress and generating accurate forecasts.
  • Provide direction to the Project Controls group formally evaluating performance offering feedback and resolving any performance-related issues.

Qualifications :

  • Education in Business Management Project Management or other related technical fields; Journeyperson Certificate considered an asset.
  • 510 years of hands-on experience delivering industrial construction maintenance and energy-sector projects across Oil & Gas Mining Potash Agriculture and Utilities environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-discipline scopes including mechanical civil electrical and instrumentation.
  • Experience with MSA-based execution models callout work and turnaround/shutdown preparation.
  • Strong project controls skills including scheduling forecasting cost tracking and margin protection.
  • Ability to read and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as well as technical electrical and instrumentation drawings.
  • Proficient in estimating scheduling and project management systems.
  • Experience analyzing project and operational financial data with the ability to implement performance action plans to improve results.
