Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in transformation management to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple transformation projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including resource allocation risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in transformation management with a strong understanding of change management principles.
• Exceptional project management skills including proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in specific industries such as IT finance or healthcare.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 15 years of project management experience with a focus on transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects that drive organizational change.
