This job will lead you to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business. Also providing safe efficient prompt and courteous pick-up and delivery service for gases while promoting ALCs quality and safety objectives.

As a Driver:

• Products: Cylinders and hardgoods delivery.

• Receives and processes customer orders (phone email in fax etc)

• Process and confirm delivery slips.

• Assist in store with shipping receiving customer service and store duties as time allows / as required.

• Pick your own load of cylinders plan out your day based on items dispatched for you drive to required sites and pick up empties then offload trucks upon return and sort the cylinders.

As an Inside Sale Representative:

• Listens actively to customers to advise them on products prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.

• Receives and processes customer orders (phone email in fax etc)

• Organizes the display of products in the store

Are you a MATCH

Required Qualifications:

• Valid class DZ license with air brakes with a clean CVOR and drivers abstract

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the delivery industry

• Customer service experience

• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift Certification

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification

• Knowledge of compressed gases and basic welding processes
