We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with strong experience in conversational AI and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building intelligent automation solutions integrating enterprise systems and delivering scalable applications.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio & Conversational AI Development Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying conversational AI solutions
• Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) Minimum 5 years of experience building enterprise-grade solutions
• Canvas App Development Minimum 4 years of experience designing developing and optimizing Canvas Apps
• Power Automate (Advanced Workflows & Automation) Minimum 4 years of experience with complex workflow automation
• SharePoint Online (Lists Libraries Permissions) Minimum 3 years of experience managing and integrating SharePoint components
• PowerShell Scripting Minimum 3 years of experience in automation and scripting
• Azure Functions (PowerShell-based development) Minimum 2 years of experience building serverless solutions
• CI/CD Pipeline Implementation Minimum 2 years of experience with DevOps practices and pipeline setup
• Dataverse REST APIs & Microsoft Graph API Minimum 3 years of experience with integrations and API development

• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Background check is mandatory
• Candidates must be open to attending a mandatory meet and greet prior to onboarding
• Candidates should be willing to travel to the nearest Capgemini or client location if required
• Travel expenses will be covered; however if a selected candidate declines after travel costs will be the vendors responsibility
