Job Summary
- Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
- Assists in making the employees work schedules taking into account fair distribution of tasks consistency and expected efficiency.
- Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant.
- Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints.
Qualifications :
- Good command of English
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Successful in team management.
Additional Information :
Customer related experience an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
