Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our team in Bodrum Tü this pivotal role you will oversee daily floor operations lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and guest satisfaction. As a Floor Supervisor you will be the driving force behind a positive efficient and collaborative work environment where both guests and team members thrive.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Floor Supervisor role or similar supervisory position preferably in hospitality hotel or high-volume service environments
- Proven experience leading and managing operational teams in fast-paced customer-focused settings
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient service delivery and operational continuity
- Experience managing staff schedules performance evaluations and team development initiatives
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
