Job Summary
Enterprise Data Architecture & Modeling
- Design and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting CRM Customer360 churn prediction revenue analytics and operational intelligence
- Own the data dictionary metadata management and documentation standards
- Ensure consistent dimensional modeling (fact/dimension tables) for revenue customer lifecycle and engagement tracking
Data Pipeline & Workflow Engineering
- Build and maintain efficient ELT/ETL pipelines and transformations within Snowflake
- Develop and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration across Salesforce CPQ billing ERP support platforms product telemetry and other enterprise systems
- Lead efforts to automate data workflows reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency
- Harmonize structured and semi-structured data sources into unified analytics-ready datasets
Customer360 & Churn Analytics Enablement
- Enable downstream analytics dashboards AI models and churn prediction frameworks
- Design unified customer-level views combining sales revenue support and product usage data
- Support retention expansion and lifecycle performance analytics
Data Quality Governance & Reliability
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation monitoring and anomaly detection processes
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of data solutions ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability
- Conduct regular assessments of existing data systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement upgrades
Establish data governance best practices access controls and auditing frameworks
