We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team in Romania focusing on delivering functional expertise and process consulting to global this role you will guide clients through HR / Finance transformation initiatives ensuring Workday solutions are fully aligned with business objectives.
This is a client-facing role where understanding processes and translating them into Workday solutions is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional expert on Workday HCM Talent / Financials modules
Analyze and document client business processes and requirements
Advise clients on best practices and process optimization
Configure Workday solutions according to functional requirements
Collaborate closely with stakeholders ensuring the system supports business needs
Lead workshops requirements sessions and functional testing (UAT)
Support change management and end-user adoption activities
Profile:
Strong experience in Workday functional modules (HCM Talent and/or Financials)
Deep understanding of HR or Finance business processes
Experience in consulting and client-facing project delivery
Ability to translate business needs into Workday functionality
Strong problem-solving communication and facilitation skills
Good level of English
