EHS&Q Specialist- Bucharest
The candidate who will be part of the Environment Health & Safety Department will support the team in carrying out safety inspections/audits at branches and related construction sites in Romania. He/she will contribute to the analysis and resolution of reports of near misses/non-compliance/critical issues identified in relation to health and safety in the workplace in accordance with current regulations and company standards. He/she will also collaborate in development and implementation of training and information programs for workers and support of the RSPP the EHS&Q Specialist will also develop management and operational procedures and instructions and collaborate in the review of risk assessment documents operational safety plans and various documents required by law and group standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of environmental health and occupational safety legislation the ability to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Willingness to travel frequently on short trips within the country. Finally he/she has approximately three years of experience in a similar role gained in a technical maintenance business with a strong focus on customer service or at certification authorities. Complete the profile a good knowledge of English and familiarity with the main IT tools (Office 365)
The place of work is Bucharest Romania.
