Job Summary

Job Description

The Nexthink Platform Coordinator is responsible for the technical ownership and optimization of the Nexthink platform while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver scalable automation and data-driven improvements to Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

The Nexthink Platform Coordinator and Nexthink Developer work together to ensure the effective design implementation and continuous optimization of the platform. The coordinator plays a key role in guiding the Nexthink Developer ensuring alignment with best practices governance standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering & Development

Design develop and maintain Nexthink content:
- Remote Actions (advanced scripting & automation)
- Campaigns and user engagement flows
- Custom dashboards and investigations
Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell Bash NQL NEAL) for automation and remediation
Manage Nexthink platform configuration performance and upgrades

Integration & Automation

Integrate Nexthink with enterprise tools (e.g. ITSM platforms APIs)
Build automated workflows to support incident prevention and self-healing
Ensure scalability and reliability of automation solutions

Technical Coordination & Developer Guidance

Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
Coordinate development activities and ensure quality delivery
Guide and support the Nexthink Developer in implementation standards and best practices
Provide technical oversight to ensure consistency reusability and long-term platform sustainability

Service Optimization

Monitor and tune alert thresholds to reduce noise and improve analyst efficiency
Configure and maintain Nexthink components
Continuously improve detection accuracy automation coverage and dashboard clarity
Leverage Nexthink data to proactively detect and resolve issues
Support ITSM processes with technical solutions

Data & Reporting

Build advanced dashboards and data models
Provide actionable insights using endpoint analytics
Define and track technical KPIs (performance automation impact).

Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink (Remote Actions Investigations Dashboards)
Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell Bash NQL NEAL)
Experience with APIs integrations and automation frameworks
Solid understanding of endpoint environments (Windows/macOS)
ITIL knowledge with practical application in automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Success Measures

Reduced incident volume through proactive detection
Delivery of robust reusable technical solutions
Effective collaboration and development maturity of the Nexthink Developer through guidance and coordination.
